Newbattle Stoves. A wonderful company with fantastic prices, best we found. Nord was most informative and knowledgeable about the stoves and the working of them. He was genuinely keen to get the correct stove for us and his guidance was superb. His wonderful team were quick and careful installing the lining , the surround and the stove, on leaving they left the place spotlessly clean. They left a starter pack for us and Nord was careful to show us how to get the best from our stove. Looking forward to seeing Nord again when he comes to service our stove.

We recently moved house and had Newbattle Stoves supply and install a new stove into our fireplace. From start to finish a pleasure to deal with and have working in our house. Knowledge, communication, experience, care and patience coupled with quality of products/services - highly recommend to anyone thinking of a stove.

Last year after a few visits from so called stove specialists I asked Newbattle Stoves to call. I found Norredine to have much more accurate knowledge of the regulations that needed to apply, he was more than happy to talk me through his recommendations for an installation in detail. He recommended a Danish, Westfire Uniq 21 compact 5Kw convection, contemporary style stove. The installation with a good team, worked out fantastic and was exactly the look we wanted. I’ve now learned how to use the stove and within 10 minutes of lighting, the room, indeed rooms are warming up nicely. Newbattle Stoves really are interested in making you happy with your stove. I’ve since used them for a service and flue clean which all went perfectly. I love using this stove, very happy overall!
